In support of Section 4(1) of the Limpopo Economic Development Agency Act (Act 5 of 2016) (LEDAA), the Risima Memorandum of Incorporation reflects the objectives of the company as:

Currently, Risima is seeking to discontinue leasing office space for its head office in Polokwane and has resolved to purchase an outright property. Risima’s head office currently operates on a lease agreement with the Property Owner. This situation is far from ideal, given Risima’s mandate and functions. Risima would like to locate its physical head office in a strategically located, accessible location for all stakeholders in a high-performance environment, and to reduce the exposure of its staff and clients to vulnerabilities.

Risima has therefore resolved to acquire new office accommodation by purchasing an existing building.

Risima herewith invites prospective bidders to supply and customise a loan origination and debtor management system. The solution must be web-based, flexible, and accommodate future growth. The system must be fully functional and integrate with the current financial system (Sage 300c or equivalent). To have a system that is able to enable Risima to enhance customer experience through a self-service online/app application, manage risk and regulatory compliance more effectively, improve operational efficiency and service levels, improve response time, and improve decision making and maximize company profits.
