Dr Shima Henock Nokaneng is the Chief Executive Officer of RISIMA. He completed a PhD Economics with University of Pretoria. Dr Shima Nokaneng has other commercial and financial service sector qualifications, BCom Ed, BCom Honours degree in Economic and M Com degree in Economics and also Management Development Programme with Manchester University.reer started as Bank Management Trainee with NBS bank and also spent the past ten years in academia as lecturer with Vista University, North West Technikon and South African Reserve Bank College. 

His academic career was primarily on economics and later on specializing in banking, financial markets and monetary economics which triggered an interest making an investigation on this topic for his PHD degree.

Dr Shima Nokaneng has also has a good track record in the private equity and investment market and established Mediro Industrial Holding which raised capital and acquired industrial assets comprising of DCD Dorbyl, Kulungile Metal Group, Global Roofing Solution, Midas, Busaf and Dynamic Fluid Control.
Dr Shima Nokaneng served on the number of boards Kulungile Metals, South African Stainless Steel Development Association and he is also a member of the South African Institute of Directors. Shima Nokaneng has also served on the Board of Great North Transport (GNT) as a non-executive director and also chaired GNT Board Audit AND Risk Committee as well.
